This is an exciting Sales Executive / Project Manager position within a fast-paced, growing exhibitor sales team at a large-scale events service supplier.

You’ll need awareness and experience of the exhibitions / trade show / expo industry and a proven track record in B2B sales and delivering excellence.

The Role:

You’ll have the opportunity to be involved in all stages of selling, planning & delivering clients’ stand designs throughout the UK. You’ll be an integral part of the team in a close working yet informal environment. The position is both office based but will also involve short periods of working onsite at various exhibitions in a variety of venues.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Gaining repeat business sales
  • Achieving new sales leads to increase the company's revenue
  • Exhibitor and external supplier liaison
  • Space only stand plans and H&S documentation
  • Liaising with design/graphics/production to ensure prompt turnarounds
  • Project managing all sales on site
  • Client facing sign-offs

Key Requirements:

  • General events industry awareness to include knowledge of basic H&S
  • Numeric, keyboard and computer skills - must be confident in Excel & Word
  • Ability to work under pressure & manage workloads
  • Willingness to learn & use initiative
  • Independent to work on your own when team members are on site
  • Quick thinker to resolve problems quickly
  • Strong & pro-active team member
  • Flexible and mature approach to work
  • Confident personality with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
