Our client is a market-leading international B2B event organiser and is now looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Operations Manager.

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the technical delivery & management of international vertical-market B2B exhibitions and conferences, ensuring the events are delivered to the highest possible standards and to the satisfaction of all parties involved within budget wherever possible.

Further responsibilities:

Health and Safety Management of shows Design and production of all feature areas.  Liaison with contractors, suppliers, exhibitors and internal Event teams. Production and implementation of Time and Action plan for all allocated events.Management & participation in the department project work as required. Ensuring the technical aspects of all events run smoothly Management and implementation of internal and external Service Level Agreements. Coordinate and manage temporary staff both onsite and pre-show Project planning and scheduling Impeccable organisational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail Confident team player with a creative and innovative approach Customer service focused at all times – for internal show teams, as well as external clients and contractors Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines across multiple shows at once.
