We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to deliver outstanding results on a new consumer automotive exhibition in London.

You’ll need to be a driven, tenacious and highly-organised marketing professional with a passion for delivering excellence.

The Role:

As Marketing Executive on this event, you will be responsible for working alongside the Group Marketing Manager to deliver multichannel marketing campaigns to achieve target visitor numbers and ticket revenue, as well as implementing marketing initiatives to help attract exhibitors to participate in the event.

You will learn about car and relevant lifestyle markets, and work independently and pro-actively to help achieve targets. The position is ideal for a marketer in their first or second Marketing Executive role looking for a new challenge, or an experienced and ambitious Marketing Assistant ready to take the next step in their career.

Key requirements:

  • Practical marketing experience (experience within the events industry or automotive markets is highly desirable.)
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Good with numbers and spreadsheets

What you’ll be doing:

  • Project manage digital marketing channels, including:
  • Website – perform regular audits and update appropriately.
  • Email campaigns – write, build and launch regular emails to database.
  • Online content and social media – create and implement social media campaign.
  • Copywriting for email and print campaigns.
  • Liaising with exhibitors to maximise their marketing channels.
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure all deadlines are met and projects are delivered on budget.
  • Liaising with existing media partnerships to ensure all partnerships are fully executed on time and to a high standard.
  • Brainstorming, exploring and implementing new routes to market.
  • Create and implement an exhibitor marketing campaign to help maximise those routes to market.
  • Respond to visitor enquiries received by phone, email and social media.
  • Assisting the Group Marketing Manager on other aspects of the marketing campaign as required to achieve event targets.
