We’re looking for an HR Director to lead the people and culture function of a large-scale exhibition and conference organiser. You’ll need to be an experienced Events HR Director / Business Partner with experience of change management and the ability to marry cultural values with best practice.
The business is the leading events company for the public sector, running more than 600 events per year, from exhibitions and summits to conferences, briefings and training courses.
The HR Director will have overall control and responsibility for all areas of HR including culture, training and development and staff welfare.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about a strong culture as well as people development and training. The HR Director will be required to manage change within the business, ensuring a smooth evolution of practices within the business, particularly around personal development and mentoring.
