We’re looking for an Awards Event Manager to take on a superb 9-month contract position at a growing event organiser based in central London.
You’ll need to be an events professional with previous experience in managing awards ceremonies and events.
The Events Manager will be working across a number of small and large client facing events within business-to-business titles in different industry sectors. You’ll manage the successful organisation and staging of sponsored events to the satisfaction of the sponsors, the attendees and publishing teams.
The role will be responsible for the successful, smooth and profitable running of various key industry award ceremonies, forums and round tables. These also include in-house and external round-table discussions, meetings, webinars and regional events.
The job requires close liaison with the sales, marketing and editorial teams, some travel with flexible working including some weekend work.
