A unique opportunity for a dynamic exhibitions M&A specialist to join a hugely successful, global exhibition organiser, based in London. You’ll need to be a highly motivated and results-driven exhibitions professional from an Event Director or events Sales Director background.
As Business Development Director, you’ll identify new acquisition targets, working alongside two other directors to support the company’s global expansion strategy. You’ll need bundles of initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will coordinate the approach to suitable targets, assess valuation of assets, develop acquisition models and run due diligence streams on transactions. It is essential that you can hit the ground running as you will immediately assume significant levels of responsibility in shaping our client’s expansion into new geographic and strategic areas.
